You and the students in your family can use this time after the holidays but before school starts to dramatically increase speed and comprehension --skills for 2012 and rest of your lives. Give them the competitive edge for exams and their future --use this time to increase your own productivity.   Speed Reading Course emphasizes comprehension, concentration, recall and retention on all kinds of reading material.
Also includes organization techniques for proposals, papers, exams and presentations.  For 8th graders through adults.
