Dr. Eric Hutchison is the CEO of Hutchison Consulting, LLC. The mission of Hutchison Consulting is to help you select, coach, and develop employees to foster a high-performance environment. With more than 20 years of professional experience and 14 years as a college professor, Eric has a diverse background in strategic planning, transformation of people and processes, and developing others. Eric hold a BBA from Kent State University, an MBA from Otterbein University, a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Walden University.
Eric is a member of several professional organizations including the American Psychological Association (APA), the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), Society of Criminal and Police Psychologists (SPCP), and an officer of the Great Lakes Chapter of the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC).
