Join TVCP for this amazing opportunity to learn how to promote your business from the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio!! Jessica Kapcar, Communications Manager, and Natalie Braman, Community and Business Engagement Specialist, will share ways to build strategic partnerships and the benefits of being Accredited with the BBB.
Jessica Kapcar is the Communications Manager for the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio. She serves as a point of contact for Accredited Businesses in the Central Ohio area and manages marketing, communications, social media, and events for BBB and BBB’s Center for Character Ethics, as well as outreach through BBB’s Speaker’s Bureau. She is a Columbus native and has a degree in communications from Ohio University. She resides in Dublin with her husband and children.
Natalie Braman started with BBB serving Central Ohio in 2019 as a member of the business development team. She transitioned to the communications team in January of 2020, where she filled a new role of a Community and Business Engagement Specialist. As part of the new position, Natalie has spearheaded a customer journey project which will help further engage businesses and nonprofits in the Central Ohio community. Natalie studied Marketing at Ohio University and lives with her husband in the New Albany area.
