This presentation will focus on critical items required by law as well as important considerations to avoid risk and liability. We will discuss topics including registration with the Ohio Secretary of State, choice of entity type, tax requirements, business plans, operating agreements, intellectual property ownership and risks, and licensing and permitting requirements.
